Immigration information

  • You will be given an immigration stamp, initially allowing you to stay for 90 days.

  • Students need to extend their stay permits at immigration depending on their program.

  • Students must notify the immigration office of their address every 90 days.

  • Students on a private school visa (Language school) cannot extend their stay for more than one year (12 months) per visa.

  • If a school offers a course that lasts longer than 12 months, students will need to apply for a new ED visa, which requires them to leave the country.

  1. The student will be instructed in Thai language according to the school curriculum.

  2. We offer the ED visa for students who attend classes.

  3. All fees are non-refundable except in the case of the Ministry of Education refusing to grant an approval letter and cannot be transferred to other terms, other people, or other packages.

  4. Employment is not allowed with a Thai Education visa.
