The Immigration Bureau recently announced new regulations for visa-free entry: (Update: November 2025)

Entry Limit: Visa-free entries are now limited to 2–3 times per calendar year.

Extension Limit: Only one 30-day extension will be allowed per calendar year.

Potential Visa Risk

Please be aware that if you use the visa-free entry option to enter and exit Thailand three times within one year, it may complicate or make it more difficult for you to successfully apply for a future non immigrant visa
