TM 30 is a compulsory house owner duty.
TM.30 is required for applying for a visa, a visa extension, and filing a 90-day notification.
*Your address must be within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, Nonthaburi, Samutprakran, Pratumthani
*You need to update your information when your checkout date expires or if you change your address.
Common Problems Encountered with TM.30 When Applying for a Visa and Notification of staying.
- Incorrect Personal Information : Ensure that your name, surname, and passport number are correct.
- Check-in Date: must update with every new arrival.
**The check-in date can be entered as the date you requested the property owner to update the TM.30. - Check-out Date: The remaining duration of stay must be at least 30 days when applying for a visa, visa extension and 90 days notification.
**It recommends a time period of 6 months to 1 year.
Remark: A delay in reporting TM30 may result in a fine of 800-1,000 baht.
